His father had died when he was 5 years old. He worked as a bus conductor for 4 years. They got married at the age of 18. 1 year later they had a daughter. His wife left him for some personal reasons.
Colonel Sanders faced many troubles in his life. He worked as a chef in a hotel for many years. He later retired. He was very fond of making chicken. He used to make many types of chicken. He used to do many experiments with his chicken recipe. Because of this, every time a new chicken with a new flavor was eaten. Today KFC is not as famous as it was before. Colonel Sanders has achieved this position in the face of many troubles in his life.

KFC दुनिया की दूसरी सबसे बड़ी बेकरी है। आज KFC  पूरे दुनिया में मशहूर है। पर अपने शुरुआती दौर में कर्नल सैंडर्स बहुत बुरे दौर से गुजर रहे थे। जब वे 5 साल के थे तब उनके पिता जी का देहांत हो गया था। उन्होंने 4 साल तक बस कंडक्टर का काम किया। उन्होंने 18 साल की उम्र में शादी कर ली। 1 साल बाद उन्हें एक बेटी हुई। कुछ निजी कारणों से उनकी बीवी उन्हें छोड़ कर चली गई।
कर्नल सैंडर्स ने अपने जीवन में कई परेशानियों का सामना किया। उन्होंने कई सालों तक एक होटल में बावर्ची का काम किया। बाद में वे रिटायर हो गए। उन्हें चिकन बनाने का बहुत शौक था। वो कई प्रकार के चिकन बनाते थे। वो अपने चिकन रेसिपी के साथ कई प्रयोग करते थे। जिसके कारण हर बार एक नए स्वाद के साथ नया चिकन खाने को मिलता। आज KFC जितना मशहूर है पहले वो इतना मशहूर नहीं था। कर्नल सैंडर्स ने अपने जीवन में कई परेशानियों का सामना करते हुए इस मुकाम को हासिल किया है।
